Refund Policy

Whilst Maymont Group is not responsible for any products that are lost, stolen or damaged, should your patent be damaged upon delivery and you would like a refund, please notify us within seven (7) days of the purchase being delivered via: inquiries@maymontgroup.com and Maymont Group would provide you with an address to which you should ship the patent that you purchased. Prior to shipping the purchased patent to Maymont Group, please email us with the tracking number. Upon Maymont Group receiving the patent that you ordered and that was shipped to you, Maymont Group would be able to process a refund of the purchase price of the patent excluding all costs incurred for shipping. Please allow for up to thirty (30) days for your bank to process the refund.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected.
