Your personal information may be disclosed should we be required in accordance with the law.

Section 4 - Shopify

The Maymont Group store is hosted on Shopify Inc.. Shopify Inc. provides Maymont Group with an online e-commerce platform which enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored via Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify Inc. states that they store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

Should you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored for the duration of your purchase transaction. Upon completion of your transaction, Shopify should delete your purchase transaction information. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Whilst it is universally accepted that no method of internet transmission and internet based electronic storage is secure, we comply with PCI-DSS requirements.

Maymont Group and Shopify use cookies for purposes not limited to the improvement of marketing and promotion.
